Voice Your Complaint

Customers can refer to claim stations available at Investment & Capital Bank Headquarters, through Investment & Capital Bank’s website www., by sending an email to, or by submitting their complaint by post to Investment & Capital Bank’s P.O. BOX at 90-1283- Beirut – Lebanon.

Claims will be directly transferred to the relevant entity at the head office. Investment & Capital Bank has set a mechanism that ensures that claims are handled with accuracy and efficiency.

The Complaint Department will contact the customer to confirm the receipt of the Complaint within 3 working days, according to the preferred time and means specified by the client. Customers will be informed of the investigation’s outcome within 15 days (subject to renewal once only, I&C shall notify the Customer in case a decision is taken by I&C to extend the investigation for further 15 days).
